Woman Combing her Hair: Homage to Degas, portrays a woman after her bath. This painting is one of my favorites of Degas. It is such an intimate yet innocent scene. I copied it in my early art school years and it still hangs in my bedroom. I decided to use it as an inspiration for my own modern version, using a solid background (it had to be red again), and painting it in my style of thick color application.

This is an original oil painting (not a copy or print) and is signed & dated by the artist. The sides are stapled on the back.  The painting will be carefully and professionally packed and shipped within two business day upon receipt of payment.
